We offer 3 type of low sodium soy sauce for sushi and sashimi. The house- made soy sauce infuse with mushroom and kelp. Second, Nnikiri soy sauce made with 30% of aged
soy sauce and infuse with kelp. Also, 100% wheat free aged soy sauce (gluten free).
The ginger of sushi marinated in-house sauce mixture for 1 week before service.
